Find master contracts

There are several types of personal service master contracts available for use by state agencies, including:

• Non-IT personal service master contracts
• Organizational development personal service master contracts
• Employee training master contracts
• Information Technology Professional Services (ITPS)

When agencies conduct a second-tier competition under these master contracts, the resultant work contract is not required to be filed in the Personal Service Contracts Database (PSCD) with DES. The master contracts have been filed in PSCD with DES.
