2009-11 Agreements
These collective bargaining agreements are effective July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2011. The agreements cover employees in general government service, most state community colleges, The Evergreen State College, Central and Western Washington Universities, child care workers and employees of the Washington State Ferries and Washington State Patrol.
New agreements in this biennium cover adult family home providers, biologists at the Department of Fish and Wildlife and employees of Western Washington University represented by Public School Employees of Washington. The Washington State Legislature site provides access to referenced RCWs and WACs.
