2027-29 Budget Instructions
These budget instructions guide state agencies in the preparation of their biennial budget requests for submission to the Office of Financial Management, the initial step in the Washington State Budget Process.
Agency 2027-29 biennial budget requests are due to OFM by Monday, September 14, 2026.
Agency 2027 supplemental budget requests are due to OFM by Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
