Employment Security
Pursuant to RCW 50.44.020, the Court of Appeals is provided funding for payment of unemployment compensation invoices from the Department of Employment Security.
Retirement Buyout Costs
Funding is provided to meet the expected leave buyout obligation for court employees who have maintained state employment for an extended number of years.
