Policy Changes
Lease Adjustments < 20,000 sq. ft.
The Public Disclosure Commission will occupy additional leased office space at 711 Capitol Way in Olympia due to an increase in staff allocated to the agency during the 2017-19 biennium. Funding is provided to address the increased lease costs.
PDC Transparency Account
An appropriation is provided to allow the agency to pay legal fees for third parties who are awarded money from the state by a judge in citizen action proceedings.
Increased Legal Fees
This item will fund additional legal services from the Attorney General's Office resulting from the increased number and complexity of campaign finance-related matters.
