Funding is provided for the design phase to renovate an existing science building. The renovation will modernize and correct deficiencies in a 1960s era building, and expand class lab and research space to meet enrollment growth projections.

Infrastructure Renewal II

This project will address central steam production, chilled water production, medium voltage electrical distribution, and water resource needs and deficiencies. Preventative Maintenance/Backlog Reduction

Albers Court Improvements

The Physical Therapy program at Eastern Washington University lacks sufficient and adequate class and lab space. Currently, classes are taking place in space originally constructed as storage rooms. Spaces are isolated from other program classrooms and crowded because spaces are too small, and have inadequate ventilation. Funding is provided to enclose and finish Albers Court to create needed class and laboratory space.
