Campbell and Carriage House Repairs and Restoration

40000017

The Campbell House and associated Carriage House, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, are in need of repairs and restoration. Building exteriors require stucco, eave, fascia and trim repairs. Water is seeping into the basement, the boiler is failing and the fire suppression system needs new seals to maintain adequate pressure to function properly and be code compliant. This project will address building deficiencies and preserve these historical structures for future generations.
