Policy Changes

Establish Redistricting Commission

Every ten years, the federal government produces a new census that is used by the state to create and adopt a redistricting plan for its legislative and congressional districts. Funding is provided to establish the Redistricting Commission in January 2021 as required by chapter 44.05 RCW.
