The Online Recruiting System

The Online Recruiting System (OLRS) has flexibility to meet the recruiting processes within your agency, along with standard steps, or stages, to move applications through to aid in internal and enterprise-wide analytics and reporting. The analytics can show the diversity of applicants within the steps and may help identify areas of improvement, including within equity and diversity.  This presentation will be a demonstration of the standard steps within the OLRS and a look at how those steps appear within analytics.
