HR Compliance Center
The HR Compliance Center (HRCC) is your one-stop online tool for submitting required compliance items to OFM State HR and tracking their status in real time.
Available in the HRCC:
Compliance Inventory: View the full list of compliance items (Rules, Policies, Executive Orders, HR Directives) that agencies are required to submit to OFM State HR. Each item includes:
- Description of requirement and what must be submitted
- Who it applies to
- Whether a form or template is required
- Whether State HR approval is required
Forms & Templates: Access downloadable forms and templates needed for compliance submissions.
Submit Compliance Item: Complete and submit your agency’s compliance item using the online submission form.
HRCC Logon
Single Sign On (SSO)
For general government agencies inside the state firewall. Agency-designated HR staff can log in using SSO to submit requests. Logon as Single Sign On (SSO)
SSO Login:
- Select the green Service Catalog button or Catalog at the top right

- Select the HR Compliance Center category in the left menu

Non Single Sign On
For agencies and higher education institutions outside the state firewall. Authorized ITPS Coordinators can submit requests. Logon as Non-Single Sign On
- The ITPS Coordinator list is available on the HR Professional Portal under Classification & Compensation > ITPS Coordinators.
Non SSO Login:
After logging in, the system may open to your last location (e.g., IT PET Positions or Evaluations). If it takes you to IT PET, follow these steps:
- In the All menu search box, type Service Portal
- Select Service Portal from the drop down
- Follow steps 1 and 2 shown above under SSO to access HRCC
