Forum for Skills-Based Hiring

The Forum is a place for HR professionals to discuss the implementation of skills-based hiring (as directed by Executive Order 24-04). Skills-based hiring will remove barriers to employment and provide alternate paths to qualify for jobs. The Forum will provide resources and information for HR professionals, as well as a safe space for agencies to share issues and success stories to learn from each other.
