PM 1.3A focuses on newly created FTE positions within EFSEC and will run the duration of the 2023-2025 Strategic Plan. With changes to the agency including reorganizations, reclassifications, and legislative requirements the goal of this PM is to fill positions that were created and posted during the 2023-2025 Strategic Plan.

PM 1.3A focuses on newly created FTE (full-time equivalent) positions within EFSEC. The PMs have an impact across the three EFSEC teams: Administrative Services, Executive, and Siting & Compliance. The final metrics are evaluated based on the information from each team, as applicable. The goal of this PM is to have all FTE positions the end of 2023.

[Complete] Process Flow: Pre-Application/Solar Projects (PM 2.2:Q2Y24)
The focus of this PM is to establish a framework that can later
be applied to other project types. This PM will build a process scaffolding that will then be tailored it to fit solar
projects. Once the tailoring is completed, the updated process will be
reevaluated to identify key communication points with an implementation date of December 2023.

Process Developement: Clean Energy Analysis (PM 2.3:Q2Y24)
This PM's goal is to establish an EFSEC process that will be used in future reviews of clean energy project sites. This new
process is being developed utilizing current evaluation framework while making
the appropriate edits for a clean energy site. Goal completion for this process is December 2023.
