The VERG provides advice and assistance to state agencies on veteran recruitment, retention, and development of strategies in accordance with the Governor's Executive Order 13-01.  The VERG exists to integrate the experiences, values, and knowledge of both veterans and service members into state employment.  The VERG supports former and active military personnel and their families by providing comprehensive activities and developmental opportunities.
