| Description: |
Funds used by the cities or counties to acquire right-of-way for future construction. Whenever, after any property or property rights are acquired from funds in the account, the city or county proceeds with construction of an arterial project that will require use of any of the property so acquired, the Commission shall reimburse the revolving fund the amount of the prior expenditures for advance right-of-way acquisition. |
