New My Employment Information Tile

Employees can now see My Employment Information:

  • Basic Pay Data: Pay Type, Area, Range/Band, Step/Band Level, Periodic Increment/Longevity Date)
  • Service Dates: Anniversary Date, Seniority Date, Unbroken Service Date
  • Work Schedule Information

About the My Employment tile

  • It is a view-only tile. The data comes directly from Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and will reflect any updates made by agency processors.
  • If you have any questions about the information shown, please contact your Human Resource Office.
  • If you do not see the new tile follow the instructions in App finder to add it to your My HR Apps Home page.
  • A new My Employment Information user procedure is available for more information.

Access MyPortal

If your agency is part of the State Enterprise Active Directory (EAD) or is part of the Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS):

MyPortal.wa.gov

If your agency is outside the State EAD or ADFS:

MyPortalExt.wa.gov

If you are unsure of the link to use, contact your agency HR/Payroll office or your agency IT support.
