| Description: |
Funds used by the Highway Commission to acquire right-of-way for future construction. Whenever, after any property or property rights are acquired from funds in the fund, the Washington’s Highway Commission proceeds with construction of a highway which will require use of any of the property so acquired, the Commission shall reimburse the revolving fund the amount of the prior expenditures for advance right-of-way acquisition. |
