The emergency repair pool supports the resolution of unexpected failures or other emergencies that impact day-to-day operations or create health and safety risks at state facilities. Funding is removed from this pool and moved to stand-alone projects so that emergency allocations do not expire for projects that will not be completed in the 2021-2023 biennium.
