DOC/DSHS McNeil Island-Main Dock: Float & Dolphin Replacement

This predesign addresses options to replace the main dock float and two northeast pilings with heavy duty fendering to berth larger ferries and patrol boats. The worn-out end pilings will be replaced with new pilings to secure the new float. Fendering will be installed on all sides to berth the smaller patrol and rescue boats opposite the ferry.
