Science Renovation

Funding is provided for phase 2 of the Science Building renovation. Currently under construction, phase 1 renovates two building wings and phase 2 the remaining two building wings. Phase 2 will complete the renovation of the 148,149 GSF building that was originally constructed in 1962 and expanded in 1989. The new Science Center will be comprised of the new Interdisciplinary Science Center (completed in fall 2020) and the newly renovated Science Building.

Martin - Williamson Hall

Funds the predesign of the Martin/Williamson facility renovation. The renovation will better integrate the school of Education, the School of Psychology, and Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) into a collaborative teaching and learning facility that takes advantage of the interdependent and synergistic nature of the three programs. This will allow for structured growth and synthesis between the two schools and CAPS program.

Infrastructure Renewal IV
