Information System Services - Dept of Social and Health Services - Current Law

Department of Social and Health Services Technology Innovation Administration is the Information Technology service provider for DSHS. The Administration is responsible for keeping a strong connection between business and IT, modernizing DSHS IT and IT systems, and building a culture of innovation and creativity. Technology functions for DSHS include governance, policy/standards and planning, portfolio, program/project management, business analysis, enterprise architecture, information security, network and telecommunications, system administration, cloud services, application development, data management, integrated eligibility and enrollment, financial management, vendor management, quality assurance, operations, business relationships, and customer support.
