Blacks United in Leadership and Development (BUILD)

The Washington State BUILD BRG improves the experiences of current and future Black employees, increases the representation of Black people in leadership positions, gives voice to Black perspectives in policy decisions about Washington communities, and builds each other up as we move forward.
