PSLF contact directory for state agencies and public higher education institutions

This directory provides a list of state agencies with the Employer Identification Number (EIN) and the agency email address needed to submit a PSLF employment certification form using the PSLF Help Tool.

All state agencies are “qualifying employers” for the PSLF program, including departments, offices, agencies, institutions of state government, the legislature, institutions of higher education, school districts, and educational school districts.

Employees: Your employer must complete your PSLF employment certification request. Find the correct email by searching for your employer below. (Do not use OFM contact email.) If you cannot find your employer or if your employer does not respond, contact OFM for help.

State agencies/colleges: If you need to update your agency’s PSLF contact information or if you have questions about completing the PSLF employment certification form, please contact OFM.
