BRG annual reports

Business Resource Groups must create an annual report. At a minimum, reports should meet the following guidelines:
- Accessibility: The report must comply with PDF accessibility standards to ensure it is fully accessible via screen readers.
- Fiscal Year Alignment: The report should cover the fiscal year.
- Submission Deadline: The report must be submitted to the Office of Financial Management (OFM) via email to the BRG coordinator by August each year.
- Financial Report: Include a detailed financial report.
- Goal Assessment: Document the goals proposed at the beginning of the year and their level of completeness. The data shared may vary between BRGs based on their unique goals.
- Background Information: Provide background information about the BRG.
- Leadership: List the names of individuals in leadership positions.
- Policy Involvement: Describe the BRG's involvement in the development of agencies’ policies, guidelines, or best practices.
- Events and Accomplishments: Highlight significant events and accomplishments from the year.
- Membership and Attendance: Report the number of active members and the average attendance at meetings.
- Future Goals: Outline the goals for the following year.
