New resources available in March from the state, Census Bureau and US organizations

OFM Census team adds lots of new resources in March, including:

• Several new state-produced short documents for understanding what’s at stake, how the census process will unfold, available language assistance and how to develop an outreach plan;
• New numbers for all 55 federal programs distributing funds to Washington based on census data;
• New map with Washington’s 2018 population by generation in each county;
• A Census Bureau handout describing their mail contact strategy;
• Census Bureau guide to branding;
• A Brennan Center factsheet on federal legal protections related to the Census;
• Links to Ready Nation/Council for a Strong America resources for how business can get involved;
• Link to a guide for the role of state legislators in the 2020 census
