The tentative agreements listed below were reopened for bargaining to cover the period from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. They are not yet funded and therefore not in effect.

If the Legislature funds the agreements in the 2023 supplemental budgets, they will go into effect on July 1, 2022. The current 2021-23 collective bargaining agreements remain in effect.
