Tentative agreements
The tentative agreements linked below are not yet funded and therefore not in effect. If the Legislature funds the agreements in the 2023–25 biennial budgets, they will go into effect on July 1, 2023. The current 2021–23 collective bargaining agreements remain in effect until June 30, 2023.
