Who we are
The State Human Resources (SHR) Division of OFM leads the development and management of statewide HR policies, including classification, compensation, workforce data, civil service rules, recruitment, and more.
We foster a strong, collaborative community of HR professionals from across the enterprise who meet regularly to share knowledge, expertise, align on best practices, and formulate recommendations and decisions on workforce issues together.
