Diversity Overview
Diversity Overview
- Demographic information is voluntarily self-reported by employees, which may result in underreporting or incomplete representation.
- To protect employee privacy, agency-level drilldowns are only available on the trends tab. In other areas of the dashboard, small data sets could make individuals identifiable if filtered too narrowly. While a standard suppression threshold (<10) is typically applied, doing so here would significantly limit the value of the data. To show the intersectionality data is shown at the Executive Branch level.
