Performance and Development Plan (PDP)
Update: The PDP Evaluation & Expectation forms in legacy format have been removed. Legacy tools are older Word features designed for compatibility with very early versions of Microsoft Word, including Word 97 and earlier Mac releases. Because they rely on outdated technology, they introduce accessibility risks and are not suitable for modern versions of Word. For this reason, they have been fully retired. (3/24/26)
