Washington Building

Old Cap - Roof Replacement

Repeated and extensive water infiltration events in the Old Capitol Building have caused significant damage to interior structures and finishes, including plaster, woodwork, carpet and window treatments. This project will prevent future damage by mitigating roof leaks, and facilitate routine maintenance by installing appropriate fall restraint and fall arrest systems.
