If you are experiencing an issue with an OFM application or service:
- For users on the State Government Network (SGN), check the OFM Service Portal for current outages.
- For users outside the SGN, please contact the OFM Help Desk to inquire about a possible outage.
The OFM Service Portal will list:
- Service alerts - Information on current service outages and degradation. The application or service impacted will be listed along with when the incident started.
- Planned maintenance - Information on service availability due to maintenance. This includes events occurring over the next 5 days. The application or service impacted will be listed along with the maintenance window.
If you are experiencing an issue not listed, please let us know by contacting the OFM Help Desk or submitting a ticket from the OFM Service Portal.
To receive service alerts and planned maintenance bulletins via email, state employees can subscribe to topics for the applications they use.
