WTBBL Security Improvements

The current Washington Talking Book and Braille Library (WTBBL) facility was originally constructed in 1948 as an auto dealership. The facility requires improvement to outdated security systems, large plate glass windows, and garage doors which are well beyond their life cycle. The recommended upgrades provide a safe and secure environment for those who work, volunteer, and patronize WTBBL.
