Engineering Building

Lucy Covington Center

Funding is provided for a predesign to study the programmatic needs and financing to create the Lucy Covington Center. The Lucy Covington Center is intended to be a support to attract, retain and improve graduation attainment for Native American students. The center is also envisioned as a facility to educate the Spokane region through interdisciplinary partnerships with tribes and urban native communities and an archival storage facility for historic documents pertaining to the work of Lucy Covington.
