Projects include renovating guest docks, adding utilities to moorage docks, and building moorage docks and floats. Federal funds are provided by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

The program was created by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife to support the emerging priorities of the Puget Sound Nearshore Ecosystem Restoration Program and is managed cooperatively by DFW, RCO and PSP. All phases of project development from feasibility through implementation monitoring are eligible for funding. These projects support the goals set forth in the Puget Sound Action Agenda.
