Results through Performance Management System (RPM)
The Results through Performance Management (RPM) system contains information on performance measures that can indicate how much, how well, and at what level agencies are providing products or services to customers. A performance measure is based on data, and tells a story about whether an agency or activity is achieving its objectives, and if progress is being made toward reaching policy or organizational goals.
Agencies use the system to identify performance targets and report actual performance levels attained. The RPM system is accessed through the BugetWorks portal.
Internet Explorer in Compatibility Mode (Tools > Compatibility View Settings > Add ofm.wa.gov in the “Add this website” box and click add)
In order for RPM to work, you must disable your pop-up blocker for this site. This is a two-step process that you need to do from Internet Explorer: Select Tools, Pop-up Blocker, TURN OFF POP-UP BLOCKER Select Tools, Compatibility View Settings. Once in the Compatibility View Setting you will see *wa.gov in the “Add this Website”. If you have administrative rights to your machine you will be able to click the “ADD” Icon. (Note: If this is greyed out you will need to work with your internal IT staff.)
It’s a numeric description of the work the agency has accomplished. Performance measures are based on data and tell the story about how the agency or activity is achieving its goals and how progress is being made toward attaining policy or organizational goals.
Contact your OFM Budget Analyst to have the measure returned.
When items do not appear in the performance measure list, review both the search and filter setting selections.
