We are committed to supporting statewide and agency-specific equity and anti-racism work, with the goal of building more just systems and fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging with our state workforce.
This year we have chosen the theme, Acknowledging our Past, Transforming our Future. We welcome your engagement on this journey to understand how our past impacts our present, and work to identify what actions you can take toward an anti-racist and equitable future where all voices are included.
Who should attend?
Admission is free and open to all employees from Washington state agencies, boards and commissions. While DEI practitioners and agency leadership will find the summit relevant to their work, all employees have the power to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in their workplaces.
