2019-21: School Seismic Safety Retrofit Program

Funding is provided for state grants to local school districts for seismic retrofit and seismic safety related improvements of K-12 school buildings. Funding is also provided for state grants to local school districts to conduct rapid visual screening assessments of buildings used for K-12 instruction to identify, inventory and score buildings according to their risk of collapse from a major earthquake.
