Funding is provided for critical piping repairs to prevent sewage from entering the basement at the Lord Mansion. The storm water piping and sewer systems are integrated and during heavy rain events the sewer system exceeds its capacity and floods the basement. Repairing the defective piping will prevent additional environmental and safety issues and unexpected building closures and improve the experience of mansion guests.
