Heating Oil Capital Financing Assistance Program

Funding is provided to implement proposed legislation to add heating oil tanks to the existing loan and grant program. This will reduce the financial hardship of owners of heating oil tanks by enabling them to obtain funds to remediate past releases or prevent future releases by upgrading, replacing, or removing a heating oil tank. This item is funded through the Pollution Liability Insurance Agency and administered in collaboration with the Department of Health.
