Small Agency IT Support

Funding is provided for the second year expansion of the newly created information technology support service tailored to the needs of small agencies. Customers of this service each received funding for their anticipated share of charges in the central service model. After full ramp-up, the service package is intended to include, but is not limited to, full information technology desktop support, server supports, chief technology officer, chief information security officer and other security resources. PERS & TRS Plan 1 Benefit Increase
