Policy Changes
Health Benefit Rate Adjustment
Funding is adjusted based on updated rates for fiscal year 2021 for the School Employees' Benefits Board program. Modeling for prior rate estimates used assumptions based on experience from the Public Employees' Benefits Board, the adjusted rate incorporates new data from SEBB open enrollment especially regarding plan choice and demographic information. Transportation Base Adjustment
