Policy Changes

CSC Vendor O&M Increase

Operational costs for the Customer Service Center (CSC) have increased due to the extension of the existing toll vendor contract. Funding is provided to give the new vendor additional time to complete critical deliverables. PERS & TRS Plan 1 Benefit Increase

One Washington

DES Central Services

Adjustments are made to reflect each agency’s anticipated share of charges from the Department of Enterprise Services (DES) for campus rent, utilities, parking, and contracts; capital project surcharges; financing cost recovery; public and historic facilities; real estate services; risk management services; personnel service rates; the Perry Street child care center; small agency services; and the department’s enterprise applications. OFM Central Services

OMWBE Service Increase

To accommodate contractual obligations to the Office of Minority and Women's Business Enterprises, additional funding is provided to increase the services WSDOT receives from OMWBE. (Motor Vehicle Account - State)
