Riparian Habitat Coordinator
The Governor's Salmon Recovery Office will help coordinate the governor's approach to improving the extent and quality of riparian habitat across the state with the goal of increasing salmon and other species that rely on riparian habitat for survival. (General Fund - State)
Orca Recovery Coordinator
The Governor's Salmon Recovery Office will coordinate ongoing work to recover Southern Resident orcas and monitor progress toward implementation of recommendations from the governor's Southern Resident Killer Whale Task Force final report. (General Fund - State)
Outdoor Recreation Economic Impact
This funding is provided to update the 2015 economic analysis of outdoor recreation for Washington state to provide a more current value of the contribution to the state economy from the state's public lands, ecosystem services, and public and private outdoor recreation activities.
