Policy Changes
Capital Projects
Local Programs administers all federal and state funds that support local agency transportation systems, and it provides technical assistance to cities, counties, ports, tribal governments, and transit, metropolitan and regional planning organizations. It also manages participation in the federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program. Funding for the local agency projects is detailed in the TEIS list.
