What is happening?
Connectivity to OFM applications and services will be briefly impacted on 10/11/25 when technicians consolidate all OFM network routing to a single core router and remove a legacy router that is no longer supported.
Who will be impacted?
All connectivity for OFM and GOV users and applications, including Accounting, Budget, Legislative, Executive, and Statewide HR application users.
How will this impact customers?
All OFM applications and services will experience a brief disruption in service during the maintenance window when the cutover occurs.
When is this maintenance happening?
Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 8 a.m. to noon.
Why is this maintenance happening?
A legacy router that is no longer supported needs to be removed and decommissioned. This is a second attempt at the work originally planned for 9/28/25, which was unsuccessful due to an issue with the connection to the OFM domain controllers.
