The Statewide Human Resource (SWHR) database will be updated on Sept. 12 to reflect the current employee appointment type validation process. The following three Employee Appointment Types will have an expiration date of 09/01/2022:

• 11: Transition / In Training
• 12: Transition / Non-permanent
• 99: Unknown / Not reported

How will this impact customers?

Please refrain from using any applications that interface with the SWHR database during the maintenance window.

Monday, Sept. 12, 2022 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Why is this maintenance happening?

To align with the SWHR validation process
