UPDATE: 2021 Higher Ed SWHR Change Order Production Date Change
A higher education institution notified OFM they cannot implement the SWHR changes to meet the June 30 production date. The SWHR change order production updates are rescheduled to July 25, 2021. All 4-year higher education institutions and the State Board of Community & Technical Colleges will need to submit revised data files for the July 25th payroll.
All but one institution has revised files ready for submission for July 1. We appreciate all the efforts that went into getting these changes prepared by institutions. Unfortunately, the changes must go into production for everyone at the same time, OFM cannot phase the process.
