Data: Review the Higher Education Transmittal Guide to ensure the data in your files is current and formatted correctly.
Due Date: Validated files are due on the day of each pay date (10th and 25th). To ensure validation issues can be resolved prior to the due date, please submit your files to the MFT as soon as possible.
Managing Rejected Files: If files have been submitted but you haven’t received a confirmation email or report, review the files for formatting errors. Formatting errors cannot be processed and all files in that batch are rejected. If this happens, generated reports or emails will not be sent. If you haven’t received a confirmation email or report:

Refer to the new Statewide HR Data File Validation Cheat Sheet for tips on finding and correcting common formatting errors prior to resubmitting.
