Restored: The cause of the issue has been identified and a change was made last night to prevent a re-occurrence of the brief outages that impacted the OFM applications.

Update: The issue that impacted us this morning happened again from 4:31 to 5:30 p.m. Service has been restored and applications are available. We are still investigating root cause to identify a fix to prevent re-occurrence.
