Covering the period from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, this report presents key insights and analyses derived from the statewide HR Management Report survey. It highlights workforce performance, successes, and challenges across the enterprise.

Annual Submission Process:

Each fall, all executive branch agencies are asked to contribute to the HRMR by completing an online survey detailing their workforce initiatives for the prior fiscal year.
